Right to return
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. Purchases can be returned within 14 days starting from the time the goods purchased are in your or a third party’s possession. Such third party is a person other than the forwarder who was appointed by you to collect your purchase.
In order to claim your right to return, you must inform us (Unstoppable Generation S.r.l. Via dell’Ospedaletto Giustiniani, 14 – 00189 Rome, ugshop@unstoppablegeneration.com) of your intention to withdraw from this contract with an official notice (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
In order to comply with return time frame, your notification of withdrawal must be sent within the validity of the return time frame.
Items purchased and returned will be refunded, and the customer will pay for shipping charges. To ensure a faster refund, please return the purchase to the address you will be provided by Unstoppable Generation’s support team. Our support team will contact you as soon as we will receive your notice of intention to return.
The return shipment must take place within 14 days from your return notice – that is your intention to withdraw from this contract – and can be processed through any carrier, forwarder or dispatcher that you may deem appropriate. We recommend you to use a tracked mail service. Once received, your returned items will be checked by our warehouse staff to verify that they are in their original condition and that no damages or tampering are present, unless due to transportation.
Effect of withdrawal
Should you withdraw from this contract, you purchase will be refunded in the original form of payment, including any delivery costs (except additional costs incurred in case you chose a shipment method other than our standard economy delivery), without any undue delays and within 14 days from the day you sent us your notice to withdraw from this contract. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment as that one used by you in your purchase, unless you expressly request otherwise. Refunds are processed at no additional costs.
Refunds may be suspended until we receive your returned items or until we receive your confirmation that the items have been dispatched.
Items must be shipped and/or handed out to our company with no undue delays and within 14 days from the days of your notice of withdrawal from this contract. To comply with this time frame, you must ship your purchase before the 14 days timing expires. You will pay for the costs to return your items. You will be responsible for any type of handling, other than the handling required to estimate nature, characteristics and operation of the items, that will cause a reduction in their value.
